My New Year's Gift to You
My gift to you, healthier holiday recipes, and what I do when cold symptoms start.
This year I have so many things to be grateful for and getting to interact with you all, share content, and help you all live with energy and purpose is one of my greatest gifts. For those I’ve had the honor of working with individually, they’ve made it such a tremendous year for me and I hope for the opportunity to work with more of you in the coming year.
I’m excited to offer some new services in 2025 with my individual counseling such as meal planning with recipes specific to your needs and custom lab panels where you don’t have to wait to go through your doctor to get exactly what you want tested.
To kick off this year we aren’t wasting any time! I’m releasing for the first time an 8 day program, Habits Over Scales: 8 Days of Nutrition Wisdom, because I really want to equip people with powerful mindset and nutrition wisdom that will make a difference in your life. It is a super affordable way to get to know me a little bit more and how I work with folks and how I want to encourage you to live a life with energy and purpose.
Please join us! Get a friend to do it with you- that’s going to be the best and most meaningful way to walk through these 8 days. The content will come straight to your email inbox every morning at 6 am ET starting December 26th! So sign up today.

Habits Over Scales
Let’s kick-start the year with new foundational mindsets that will set you up for long term success. When it comes to healthy living, people tend to go straight to what they should and should not eat and don’t actually work on the mindset behind why they should or not eat something. In this email series, you’ll receive very small bites of nutrition wisdom to help you prepare for the new year and help you develop a mindset that will sustain healthy behaviors for the long haul.
This is content I’ve not shared anywhere else. It also gives you the opportunity to learn my teaching style and experience how I work with people. So if you’d like to dive a little more into how I work with individuals or the way that I approach nutrition and fitness, this is a great way.
There are 2 reasons I’m charging $8 ($1 a day). 1: when you put a little bit of skin in the game, you’re more likely to participate and I know this from self-experience! If I pay for something I’m way more likely to engage with it. And 2: this takes time and effort on my part. This is more than just “free education”. It helps cover the time and effort I put into developing high quality, helpful content for you. This is going to be the cheapest thing you’ll ever see from me because I think it’s so important that people invest in their mindset and nutrition wisdom. So this is my New Year’s gift to you. Take advantage of this chance! The program begins December 26, so don’t delay.

Whole Wheat Gingerbread Muffins
If you love gingerbread and want a lighter, healthier gingerbread recipe to enjoy it all year round, try these fluffy Whole Wheat Gingerbread Muffins. This gingerbread recipe is very simple to make! It contains molasses which is a fun ingredient to bake with. It gives baked goods that sweet, almost smoky flavor that pairs so well with winter spices like cinnamon, ginger, and nutmeg.
Garlic For Cold Symptoms
Have you tried this? When you start to have symptoms of illness mince a clove of garlic in a spoon, cover with honey, and slurp it down 2-3 times a day. Why? Garlic is thought to have antiviral and anti-fungal properties. Honey has been found to have antibacterial, antioxidant, and anti-inflammatory properties. Save this to refer back to the next time you feel a cold coming on. And while you’re there, I’d love for you to subscribe to my YouTube Channel.
